3 garlic cloves (or to taste)
1 kg ostrich mince
2 packs Spanish chorizo sausage
1 tin onion and tomato braai relish (410g)
1 tin sweet onion relish (Woolworths)

1/2 bottle of jalapeño peppers
8 large Bartlet eggs eggs
1 handful of grated mature cheddar cheese
Maldon salt
Ground black pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Method
Sweat the onions and garlic in a cast iron pot over the coals. Remove from the pot.
Add the ostrich mince and chorizo sausage next, till cooked. Add the braai relish and onion relish next (rinse the tin with a little bit of extra water and add, just to give the pot some moisture.
Just before cracking the eggs, add the butter beans and jalapeño peppers. Crack the eggs and spread them out to cover your potential portions. Put the lid on. Put some coals on the lid for some heat from above. After 5 minutes you can take the pot to the table.
Add a sprinkle of Maldon salt and black to taste, and if you like, some chilli sauce of your choice.
