
Eggs and Avocado Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 Thin refrigerated Pizza Crust
- 10 slices cooked bacon
- 10 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 6 Bartlet Eggs
- 1 Avocado, sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. Spread the pizza crust onto an ungreased baking dish. Slightly roll the edges of dough to form crust.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil onto your pizza crust. Lay bacon pieces over the crust, and sprinkle tomatoes over the top. Crack your 6 Bartlet Eggs all around the pizza crust. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges of the crust are golden brown and the eggs have cooked to your preference.
- Remove from the oven, place avocado slices all over the pizza and drizzle with final teaspoon of olive oil. Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
